 The 2005 APCONEX on Banking technology functions as a forum between government, banking and financial institutions together with IT and communication technology community from all over Asia Pacific nations to exchange ideas, opportunities and issues which could contribute to the development of banking and financial industry in Indonesia.
The event consists of conference, the annual award for the best national small banking, and exhibitions from sector of IT and banking industry. Our booth was joined with the other members of ASPILUKI. As for our displayed product, namely eToken -user authentication and password management device- produced by Aladdin Knowledge System and EasyHRM and EasyPay produced by Creative Software.
eToken as e-security had catched the attention of either the visitors or the other exhibitors as well. We already have developed the demo website protected by eToken.Unfortunately, many visitors, which mostly were the participants of the conference, came from small and medium-sized banking/enterprises. They were not into e-banking yet. At least, they were aware of eToken brand and its functions, which met the need for securing their future e –banking and e-commerce systems.
